News | Robert 'Shaggy' Haggart

It is with profound sadness and considerable shock that we must share the terrible news that the chair of our men's section and monumental friend and supporter of the club over many years, Shaggy (aka Robert Haggart), passed away at the weekend.

Shaggy's playing career for the Bisons spanned three decades and he was hugely dedicated to the club. Everyone who knew him expected to see him turning out for the Bisons for many more years to come. He will be very sorely missed.

The club's thoughts are with his family at this extraordinarily difficult time.
